They are a respected, trusted name in a niche, highly discernible market.
The founders now wanted to take the Zaverchand brand forward, expand its network and venture into branded retail. The vision is to become India’s leading golf company, to become the go-to company for high quality products and service in the golf and hospitality industry.
This required a shift in the projection and self perception of the Zaverchand name. A new identity was agreed to be the way forward.
Zaverchand understands the game and the player deeply, from serving the personal and performance driven needs of the sport for 33 years.
Golf is performance driven yet there is grace, refinement and poise in the movements.
It is as much art as it is sport. The identity should own this appreciation of golf. The tools of the game—the equipment, which Zaverchand has deep expertise with—become an extension of the player’s body.

The Zaverchand logo encodes their philosophy of the game.
The ‘Z’ is created by two arms coming together, meeting at an illuminated point of unity emanating from the space between the arms. The point of unity reflects the dynamic balance essential to golf, the unity of the golfer’s eye, hand and feet, at the moment before the swing.
It is sport and art.
The arms together symbolise partnership. Their sharp endings signify perfection and performance. The slanted outer terminals of the arms give our logo a forward thrust, making it active.
Saira, a heavy italic typeface, complements its sporty elegance.

Zaverchand founders collaborated with ICD on a new identity that reflected Zaverchand’s legacy and its aspirations.
