AI for Committee-Led Government Decisions
This project was designed as an agentic decision-support platform for government committees that handle proposals, initiatives, reviews and approvals across departments. Instead of treating committee work as a sequence of documents, meetings and manual minutes, the product brings ingestion, synthesis, discussion and decision-making into one working surface. AI helps summarise proposals, abstract key issues, analyse evidence, surface risks, answer member questions in real time and generate resolutions or action minutes after discussion. The experience was shaped to support the way committees actually work: many stakeholders, dense material, limited time and a need for transparent, well-recorded decisions. By keeping context, evidence, confidence and recommendations visible together, the platform helps committee members move from review to informed action with greater speed and clarity.

Structured Session Agenda & Request Overview
Each committee session features a clear agenda table split into ‘For Information’ and ‘For Decision Making’ sections. Presenters, representatives, entity types, and time slots are all visible at once, helping members focus and prioritise. Selecting an agenda item reveals an AI summary along with separate sections for the Team’s Opinion, Stakeholder’s Opinion, and a Draft Resolution.

Turning Documentation into Committee Intelligence
The documentation experience was designed to make long proposal packs easier to understand before and during committee discussions. Instead of asking members to manually scan dense PDFs, the AI assistant summarises the document, identifies objectives, surfaces key points and lets users ask follow-up questions in plain language. This helps committees move faster from reading to understanding, while keeping the original documents close enough for reference and verification.
